Where does the information come from?

Aerial and satellite imagery, county parcel and assessor records, and public permit filings. The report names which of them applied to your territory and when they were captured.

Can you cover a territory you have not worked before?

Yes. We check what that county actually publishes first, and if the record coverage is too thin to support a defensible ranking we say so rather than ship a thin report.

Why does this cost more than a lead list?

A list hands you rows and a mapping tool hands you a viewer; both leave the screening, ranking, and write-up with your team. At the 100-property monthly tier ours works out to about $15 per reviewed property.
